Position Summary
The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services. This individual will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across various digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
Manage content creation for email, social media, print, and web channels
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate promotional activities
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics
Assist in the planning and coordination of trade shows, conferences, and customer events
Support branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Maintain the company’s website and oversee SEO/SEM activities
Manage social media calendars and community engagement
Track marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing tools
Proficient in marketing software such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative mindset with an eye for detail
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation
Familiarity with direct mail or print marketing is a plus
Data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with mail inserters, inkjet machines, and general warehouse equipment. The role will also involve building maintenance, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mail inserters, inkjet machines, and other machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Equipment Setup: Assist with the setup and calibration of machines for production runs.
Preventive Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with mail inserters, inkjet machines, and other automated systems.
Warehouse Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and machinery area.
Building Maintenance: Assist with general building maintenance tasks, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and minor repairs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report any significant issues to management.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all equipment operates within OSHA and company guidelines.
Required Skills:
Experience: Previous experience working with mail inserters, inkjet machines, or similar machinery is highly preferred.
Mechanical Skills: Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex systems.
Warehouse Experience: Familiarity with warehouse environments and equipment, including material handling and basic safety procedures.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in various environmental conditions, and stand for long periods.
