    Position Summary

    The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services. This individual will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across various digital and traditional channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives

    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy

    • Manage content creation for email, social media, print, and web channels

    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate promotional activities

    • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics

    • Assist in the planning and coordination of trade shows, conferences, and customer events

    • Support branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all touchpoints

    • Maintain the company’s website and oversee SEO/SEM activities

    • Manage social media calendars and community engagement

    • Track marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

    • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment

    • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing tools

    • Proficient in marketing software such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Creative mindset with an eye for detail

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation

    • Familiarity with direct mail or print marketing is a plus

    • Data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization

    Working Conditions

    • Standard office hours with occasional travel for events or field marketing
