  • The Account Services Manager supports the Director of Marketing in planning, coordinating, and executing client marketing initiatives. This role serves as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client objectives. The Account Services Manager will help manage day-to-day account activities, oversee marketing campaign execution, and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the overall growth of the Marketing Department. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing communications and project updates. 

    • Translate client needs into actionable project briefs for creative, production, and data teams. 

    • Coordinate the development and execution of direct mail, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns. 

    • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful completion. 

    • Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, highlighting insights and recommendations. 

    • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional services. 

    • Support trade shows, events, and client presentations as needed. 

    • Ensure all client work reflects brand standards, compliance requirements, and quality expectations. 

    • Maintain CRM data, project files, and reporting dashboards for assigned accounts. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. 

    • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, account management, or client services (agency or B2B environment preferred). 

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 

    • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools. 

    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

    • Analytical mindset with basic experience in reporting and performance tracking. 

    • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

    Preferred Skills

    • Knowledge of direct mail or print marketing a plus. 

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and InDesign Suite 

    • Basic familiarity with creative production processes (design, copy, print, or digital). 

    Working Conditions

    • Standard office hours with flexibility for occasional client meetings, events, or travel.

  • Job Title: Mechanic - Mail Inserters & Inkjet Machines

    Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with mail inserters, inkjet machines, and general warehouse equipment. The role will also involve building maintenance, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for machinery and a solid understanding of warehouse operations, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mail inserters, inkjet machines, and other machinery to ensure optimal performance.

    • Equipment Setup: Assist with the setup and calibration of machines for production runs.

    • Preventive Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.

    • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with mail inserters, inkjet machines, and other automated systems.

    • Warehouse Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and machinery area.

    • Building Maintenance: Assist with general building maintenance tasks, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and minor repairs.

    • Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report any significant issues to management.

    • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all equipment operates within OSHA and company guidelines.

    Required Skills:

    • Experience: Previous experience working with mail inserters, inkjet machines, or similar machinery is highly preferred.

    • Mechanical Skills: Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex systems.

    • Warehouse Experience: Familiarity with warehouse environments and equipment, including material handling and basic safety procedures.

    • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in various environmental conditions, and stand for long periods.

    • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve mechanical issues efficiently.

    • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail when performing maintenance and repairs.
