Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repair
  Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mail inserters, inkjet machines, and other machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• Equipment Setup
  Assist with the setup and calibration of machines for production runs.

• Preventive Maintenance
  Execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.

• Troubleshooting
  Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with mail inserters, inkjet machines, and other automated systems.

• Warehouse Support
  Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and machinery area.

• Building Maintenance
  Assist with general building maintenance tasks, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and minor repairs.

• Documentation
  Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report any significant issues to management.

• Safety Compliance
  Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all equipment operates within OSHA and company guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Experience
  Previous experience working with mail inserters, inkjet machines, or similar machinery is highly preferred.

• Mechanical Skills
  Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex systems.

• Warehouse Experience
  Familiarity with warehouse environments and equipment, including material handling and basic safety procedures.

• Physical Requirements
  Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in various environmental conditions, and stand for long periods.
