  • Owner/President

    Mike Ingram has been a cornerstone of the mail business for over 50 years. His journey began in the most humble of ways—delivering advertisements door-to-door, following in the footsteps of his father, who instilled in him a strong work ethic and the determination to become the best in the business. His father, known for his tough approach, taught Mike the importance of perseverance and quality, lessons that would shape his career and success.

    Growing up immersed in the industry, Mike worked in production throughout high school and college, gaining invaluable experience and a deep understanding of the business. After completing his degree, he transitioned into sales, where his knack for connecting with clients and delivering results quickly led to a successful track record.

    In 2006, Mike had the opportunity to purchase a minority ownership stake in the company, and by 2010, he became the majority owner. Under his leadership, the company has flourished, maintaining a reputation for excellence and innovation in the direct mail industry.

    Outside of work, Mike is an avid golfer, enjoying several rounds a week, and a passionate horse racing enthusiast. However, his greatest joy comes from spending time with his family, especially his two grandsons, as well as his daughters and son-in-laws. His commitment to family and his unwavering dedication to his work reflect the values that have made Mike a respected leader in the industry.

  • Chief Operating Officer

    Steve Kilcran joined Premier Direct Marketing in 2024, bringing 24 years of marketing industry expertise—and enough stories to fill a conference room. With a career that’s spanned roles as CFO and CIO, he’s got a sharp eye for strategy and a knack for keeping things running smoothly.

    When he’s not fine-tuning operations, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, traveling to new destinations, and soaking up time on the water. He’s also a big fan of sporting events with his family and winding down with a good bourbon. Whether it’s business or leisure, Steve believes in making every moment count.

  • Chief Financial Officer

    Greg Hand is the Chief Financial Officer at Premier Direct Marketing, a role he has held since 2006. He has been with the company since its inception and has been instrumental in its growth and success. Greg’s experience with Premier Direct Marketing dates back even further, as he began working with the company’s prior owners in 1997.

    A graduate of the University of Louisville, Greg earned his degree in 1996. With a deep understanding of financial management and strategic planning, he plays a vital role in overseeing the company’s financial health and ensuring long-term success.

    Outside of work, Greg enjoys playing golf when time allows, embracing both the challenge of the game and the opportunity to unwind.

  • Business Development Manager

    Megan has been an integral part of the Premier team for the past 8 years, bringing a wealth of experience from her long history in the mailing industry. With an extensive background in sales, Megan is known for her dedication to building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.

    Outside of her professional life, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two boys, traveling and creating lasting memories together. Her passion for family and adventure is reflected in both her personal and professional endeavors.

  • Logistics Manager

    Born and raised in Cincinnati, Lindsey grew up immersed in the family business founded by her grandfather. After six years of developing her skills and expanding her knowledge, she relocated to work alongside her father, who continues to proudly carry on the company’s legacy. Lindsey is deeply committed to both the business and the values that have shaped it over the years.

    When she’s not at work, Lindsey enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their dog, Birdie, as well as exploring new places. Family has always been at the core of Lindsey’s life, guiding her both personally and professionally. Her dedication to maintaining the traditions of the family business while embracing new opportunities has helped solidify her role as a key contributor to its continued success.

    With a strong foundation in management, Brian brings extensive experience in leadership, operational efficiency, and precision. He is deeply focused on driving continuous improvements, optimizing workflows, and achieving exceptional results for clients. His commitment to attention to detail ensures excellence in every project he undertakes.

    Brian and his wife, Lindsey, work together professionally, fostering a unique balance between their careers and family life. Outside of work, Brian is passionate about playing golf—a hobby that helps him recharge and maintain focus on his personal and professional growth
